By accessing and using lumoratouchmassage.com and booking services with Lumora Touch Massage, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
1. Services Provided
Lumora Touch Massage provides professional massage therapy services. All descriptions of services and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide excellent service to all our clients. Please note our policies regarding appointments:
Appointments: Appointments can be booked online or via phone. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations/No Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
3. Payments
Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and secure online payment gateways.
4. Health and Medical Conditions
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to inform your massage therapist of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session begins.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lumora Touch Massage and its therapists shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any undisclosed medical conditions.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
